Chitose Shiraki Okobo
The shigoki is a sash that flows beautifully from the feet to just below the obi, completing the Shichi-Go-San outfit. This is a specially selected pure silk shigoki from Oharihako in Nishijin, Kyoto.
We have poured our meticulous attention into the part that drapes when tied. It features flowing michinaga-dori patterns, shibori tie-dyeing, and auspicious designs of flying cranes and golden temari balls. It is a distinguished supporting role that elegantly unifies the entire coordination and enhances the protagonist of the special day.
You can choose to match your kimono from options such as red with ume shibori, purple with golden temari, young green with golden temari, yamabuki with golden flying cranes, white and red shibori dye-separated, and more. This piece stands out as an accent color for antique kimonos or as an elegant unifying element for a monochromatic outfit.
