【Regarding business operations during the state of emergency】
Kyoto Oharibako will be taking the following measures in response to Kyoto Prefecture's state of emergency declaration:
《Daitoku-ji Temple Front Store》
・During the Golden Week holiday until May 5th, we will be open from 10:00 to 17:00.
Subsequently, we will be closed from May 6th to 11th.
***
Although the 1st-floor retail area is closed,
staff are present on weekdays in the workshop and other areas on the 2nd floor and above.
After sanitizing at the entrance and taking other measures,
we look forward to welcoming customers with reservations.
As visits are by appointment, there will be no crowding,
and we are ventilating the store by opening the east and west doors.
Additionally, consultations for hair ornament coordination will be limited to a maximum of two groups simultaneously.
・
*Tsumami Zaiku workshops are held with a maximum of 4 participants, with social distancing and acrylic partitions.
*Please sanitize your hands at the store entrance before entering.
*We will deny entry to those without masks, those with a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or those with symptoms such as coughing.
*The distance between staff and customers may be close during hair ornament coordination and other services. Our staff will serve you with appropriate measures in place, but please do not hesitate to ask if you prefer to maintain distance.
