Consequently, we regret to inform you that,
considering the safety of our customers and staff,
our physical store will operate
from January 14th to February 7th
by appointment (priority) on weekdays.
On Saturdays and Sundays, the store will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (business hours during the COVID-19 period).
【Regarding priority appointments】
A maximum of two groups per time slot.
*Your reservation will be confirmed upon receiving our reply.
*Tsumami Zaiku workshops are also being held with COVID-19 precautions in place.
*Reservations are generally required on weekends and holidays as well.
・If you visit without an appointment
The physical store on the first floor may be closed.
Staff are often present in the workshop on the second floor and the office on the third floor,
so if the store is closed, please press the intercom on the north side of the store to call us.
The intercom is originally for employees and business partners,
so please state that you are a customer and wish to browse the store when we respond.
*If only craftsmen are present in the company,
we may not be able to attend to customers immediately, so advance reservations are recommended.
Please note that the online shop and workshop will not be suspended.
We apologize for any inconvenience this unusual situation may cause everyone,
but we look forward to the day when you can visit us anytime with a smile.
For now, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the reservation system.
