many handicrafts, including Tsumami Zaiku, became popular as "pastimes" among ordinary people.

and engrossing yourself in making something can be a good idea.
We are preparing to offer something (like live streaming) that will cheer you up.
We hope to get through this gloomy period together and make it a little more enjoyable.

[Regarding our physical store]
Currently, we are operating with a one-hour reduction in business hours.
Before change: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
After change: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Tsumami Zaiku workshops are still being held.
During the Tsumami Zaiku workshop, instructors will wear masks as much as possible.
We have a washroom, so please wash your hands before starting the workshop.

Regarding cancellation of workshop reservations
For direct reservations, payment is made on-site, so no cancellation fees will be incurred.
For reservations made through other booking sites, the cancellation policy will be determined by their respective terms and conditions.
[Regarding our Rakuten online shop]
We will operate as usual, but since many of our packing staff have children,
shipping may take longer than usual due to the closure of elementary and junior high schools in the city.
Currently, we are shipping without any problems, but
we would appreciate your understanding in the unlikely event of a delay.
[Regarding Tsumami Zaiku classes]
We have received notifications from some individuals about their inability to attend.
We are considering options such as remote live streaming for attendance and make-up classes.
We will do our best to accommodate you,
so we kindly request that students contact us as early as possible.
If you can't go out, it's a chance to enjoy Tsumami Zaiku at home! With this mindset,
we would like to help you get through this period as pleasantly as possible.
[Regarding space rental]
For those who have reserved our garden or separate space for rental,
please contact us through the application website if you have any concerns.
Currently, we are not considering suspending reservations.
Also, during your use, no other customers will enter the space.
We have a washroom, so hand washing and gargling are possible.
