《Purpose of the Beginner Course》

Introduction...

This course is perfect for beginners and first-timers,
allowing you to fully experience the joy of making Tsumami Zaiku.
It thoroughly covers the absolute basics to help you continue making it with pleasure.
We also carefully teach experienced crafters and those who want to review the basics.

This course aims to enable you to create beautiful flowers, petal by petal.

As artisans and manufacturers, we place great importance on certain points,
and we will clearly explain these crucial details,
not through intuition, but by verbalizing and illustrating them.

●Overview of the Beginner Course

We will teach you the basics of maru-tsumami (round pinching) and ken-tsumami (pointed pinching),
techniques for beautiful finishing, and fundamental skills like handling glue.
The final project is a bouquet-shaped brooch clip,
which can be used for Shichi-Go-San celebrations or Coming-of-Age ceremonies.

Intermediate and advanced courses will cover cutting, assembly, and thread handling in more detail.
The beginner course focuses on building fundamental "pinching" skills step-by-step.
