《Purpose of the Beginner Course》

First of all...

This course is designed for beginners and first-timers, providing a solid experience of the joy of making tsumami zaiku.
To continue enjoying the craft, it's essential to master the very basics.
Experienced individuals and those looking to review the fundamentals will also receive thorough instruction.
This is not a course focused on making many flowers in a short period, but rather one aimed at enabling you to create each flower beautifully.

As artisans and manufacturers, we prioritize certain aspects, and we will clearly convey these important points not through intuition, but through verbal explanation and diagrams.

●Overview of the Beginner Course

You will learn the basics of maru-tsumami (round folds) and ken-tsumami (pointed folds), techniques for finishing them beautifully, and fundamental techniques such as handling paste.
The final project is a bouquet-shaped brooch clip, which can be used for Shichi-Go-San celebrations or Coming-of-Age ceremonies.

In intermediate and advanced courses, you will delve into processes such as cutting, assembling, and handling thread.
The beginner course focuses on carefully building fundamental "folding" skills step by step.
