Tsumami Zaiku Class Beginner Course 5th Term Student Recruitment Starts.

This term, classes will only be held at the Kyoto classroom.
Also, if there are many applicants, a lottery will be held.
Application period until January 20. *The application period has ended.
Applications for the Basic Intensive Course (general recruitment) will be announced separately.

After you apply, once your application is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation of receipt, but please note that this is not a confirmation of your application or acceptance.
Your application will be finalized upon receipt of payment, after we contact you with acceptance/application confirmation between January 21 and 23.
We apologize for the inconvenience and the time it takes to finalize your application, but we appreciate your cooperation to ensure a fair application process.
*If there is a high volume of applications at the start of the application period, it may take up to 3 business days for a response.

《Purpose of the Beginner Course》
First of all...
This course is designed for beginners and first-timers to experience the joy of making tsumami zaiku.
We will thoroughly teach the very basics to ensure you can continue making tsumami zaiku happily.
We will also carefully instruct experienced individuals and those who wish to review the basics.
This course is not about making many flowers in a short period, but rather about learning to make truly beautiful flowers.
*Although the content is basic, it is not the same as the "Tsumami Zaiku Basic Intensive Course."
While there may be some overlapping parts, these are separate courses.
●Overview of the Beginner Course
From the basics of maru-tsumami and ken-tsumami, techniques for beautiful finishing, how to handle glue, how to make double-layered plum blossoms that vary depending on how they open, and making brooch clips in the shape of a bouquet.
... In intermediate and advanced courses, we will focus on processes such as cutting and assembly.
The beginner course focuses on building foundational "tsumami" skills step by step.

○ Beginner Course: 6 sessions in total (2 hours x 6 sessions) ○
Held approximately every 3 weeks.
This term, classes will only be held on Wednesday afternoons at the Kyoto classroom.
*This is due to the current high number of classes.
We plan to resume recruitment for the Tokyo classroom in the next term or later.

Experienced individuals, tsumami zaiku instructors, and artists are welcome to enroll.

《Regarding what to bring》
Tweezers, bamboo spatula, craft scissors, glue board
(The above four items can be purchased at the classroom on the day)
Wire cutter, flat-nose pliers, awl, utility knife
We kindly request that you use our recommended tweezers.
Since all participants may have the same tools,
please write your name or a mark on your belongings.
*Glue will be provided here.
If you do not have glue, we recommend purchasing it for practice.

《Regarding applications, transfers, and make-up classes》
・Your enrollment will be confirmed once we confirm your payment to the account provided after your application.
・If you need to cancel after applying, please contact us at least two weeks before the start of the course.
No refunds will be issued after that period.
・As a general rule, we will not hold make-up classes at our discretion, except in unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters.
Transfers between Kyoto and Tokyo classrooms are possible.
・Make-up classes are for a small number of students, such as one-on-one, so they will not be the same length as a regular class (2 hours per session).
They may not be available depending on the instructor's schedule.

open to those who have participated in the beginner course.
・Participants who belong to other schools or organizations are prohibited from disclosing information about courses or techniques taught by other schools or organizations, or personal information of other instructors or students, within this classroom.
If discovered, you may be asked to withdraw.
Furthermore, please refrain from any activities that may bother other students, such as advertising or soliciting for organizations (regardless of genre) to which you belong.
・This classroom does not offer a certified instructor system.
・All actions that cause damage to our company and other participants, such as imitating course content, sharing course content or other students' information outside the classroom, or leaking confidential information, are prohibited.
