Price Revision Request and 39 Shop Membership (Rakuten) Announcement

## Regarding Product Price Revisions and Joining Rakuten's 39 Shops Program

Thank you for your continued patronage.

To meet the expectations of our valued customers, we have strived to improve production efficiency and control costs, thus maintaining our product prices. However, due to repeated and widespread increases in raw material and processing costs, as well as rising labor expenses, it has become difficult to maintain current prices.

Therefore, it is with great reluctance that we will be revising our prices by up to 10% starting from 0:00 on August 10th. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding as we continue to strive to deliver even better products to you.

As a measure to mitigate the burden on customers due to the product price revision, we plan to join Rakuten Ichiba's 39 Shops program (where we cover shipping costs for purchases of 3980 yen or more) starting on the same day.

● To accommodate the product price revisions and the 39 Shops program, sales will be temporarily suspended from 15:00 on August 9th until 0:00 on August 10th.

● Some products will remain at their current price, and some will be reduced.

● Our physical store will implement the new prices from August 11th, as August 10th is a regular closing day. For department stores and other sales channels, price increases are planned for late August, and the schedule is currently being adjusted.
