We will be holding the Summer 2026 Public Workshop "Chidori Uchiwa Kanzashi".
This course is open to participants who are not current students of the class.
*This course is intended for those familiar with Tsumami Zaiku.
Beginners, please be advised.
This course does not include detailed lessons on Maru-Tsumami or Ken-Tsumami.

《About Applications》
Target Audience: Those with Tsumami Zaiku experience (beginners cannot participate)
Both students of the Oharibako Tsumami Class and the general public can participate.
Capacity: 5 to 12 people per session
*Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
*A small number of waitlist registrations will be accepted if fully booked.
《Course Outline》
Let's make chidori birds on a refreshing uchiwa fan, like those worn by maiko in the summer.
*The process of making the uchiwa fan and assembling is not included.
《What to bring》
・Large tweezers
・Small tweezers (for small tsumami, 20mm or less)
・Cutwork scissors (for cutting fabric)
・Glue board
・Spatula
・Wood glue
・Wire cutters
・Flat-nose pliers
・Round-nose pliers
