Regarding New Year's Business Hours

We would like to inform you about our business hours during the year-end and New Year holidays.

* We kindly ask customers considering hair ornaments for New Year's Coming-of-Age celebrations to pay particular attention to this notice.
We recommend placing your order as early as possible.

## Physical Store Normal business hours until Tuesday, December 27: 10:00 - 17:00 Closed on Wednesday, December 28 Year-end and New Year holidays: Thursday, December 29 - January 3 Closed on Wednesday, January 4 Normal business hours resume from Thursday, January 5: 10:00 - 17:00

## Rakuten Store

Please place your orders well in advance during the year-end and New Year holidays.

- If you wish to receive your order by the end of the year, please place your order by noon on Tuesday, December 27.

- If you wish to receive your order between Thursday, December 29 and Wednesday, January 4, please specify your desired delivery date when placing your order. Orders without a specified date may be shipped after January 4.

- If you are using the item for a Coming-of-Age ceremony, please be sure to specify "fastest delivery requested" and check the product immediately upon arrival.

- A major cleaning is scheduled for Wednesday, December 28. Inquiries by email and phone will be accepted until the end of the 27th.

- Due to a high volume of parcels with the delivery company, there is a possibility that product delivery may be delayed by 1 to 3 days compared to usual.
