Did you know there's a geta shop that consistently handles everything from cutting Aizu paulownia wood from the mountain to shaping it into geta bases and then attaching custom thongs to fit the customer's feet?
This is the 21st time we've invited "Kurosawa Kirizaiten" to host a geta-fitting event.
That is "Getabako".
Not only can you order new geta, but repairs to your existing geta, replacement of thongs, and adjustments are also welcome.
We especially want people who have never worn them to enjoy them.
Easy to walk in and fun to wear!
We look forward to seeing you with stylish geta you've never seen before!
This event can be enjoyed by both people who wear kimonos and those who prefer Western clothing.
