Thank you very much to everyone who visited the Nihonbashi Takashimaya exhibition.
In August and September,
Oharihako will be traveling nationwide, beyond Kyoto!

◆◇◆Kyoto Isetan "Shichi-Go-San Fair"◆◇◆
From Tuesday, August 8th
A Shichi-Go-San Fair will be held on the 9th floor kimono department.
Oharihako hair ornaments will also be featured at the venue!
*Oharihako staff will not be present at the store
except on event days in September and from the 21st to the 23rd.

Wednesday, September 19th & Saturday, September 22nd, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM each day
Hair Ornament Custom Order Session!
Our staff will be at the store to assist you with custom orders and consultations for hair ornaments to match your kimono!
Please tell us your preferences, such as the color and pattern of the kimono, and your daughter's taste, so we can create something like this...

Our products will be showcased in conjunction with the Shichi-Go-San Fair held in the kimono department!
*Oharihako staff will not be present at the store
except on event days in August and September and from September 14th to 16th.

Hair Ornament Custom Order Session
We will be accepting custom orders and consultations for hair ornaments to match your kimono! We also accept consultations for occasions other than Shichi-Go-San!
Sunday, August 19th
Kids Hair Course Instructor: Mayumi Hayashi (Free)
Mayumi Hayashi, a professional hair and makeup artist
who has also worked with Oharihako for our photo shoots,
will demonstrate tips for children's hair arrangements!
A demonstration by a popular hair and makeup artist is a rare opportunity!
Please come to the kimono department to watch for free!
Saturday, September 1st
Shichi-Go-San Coordination Course (Free)
A Shichi-Go-San coordination brush-up course by Kaori Kitai of Oharihako,
who is also a certified Kimono Color Coach.
We will teach you tips for making your Shichi-Go-San coordination look cute!
Wednesday, September 5th & Saturday, September 8th
Moms and Dads make for their daughters
Tsumami Zaiku Workshop
Even if making the main Shichi-Go-San hair ornament is difficult,
wearing a small handmade hair ornament together
will surely become a precious memory.

◆◇◆Iyotetsu Takashimaya "Kyoto's Long-Established Stores Masterpiece Exhibition"◆◇◆
Wednesday, September 19th - Tuesday, September 25th
The store owner will be present to welcome everyone.
We plan to offer a wide selection of Shichi-Go-San hair ornaments,成人式 (Seijin-shiki) and wedding items,
tsumami zaiku materials, and more!
A workshop is also planned around the 25th (details to be announced soon).
